Also any orchestrated versions of Final Fantasy music, some Persona and GW2 OST in there, a lot of Fate music, and assorted themes from other games.

it depends on your music taste man, for me some hip hop like Black Beatles kills it. also some Trap music those 1h mix are pretty good
I usually pick a song I kind of like, then let youtube's autoplay go on while the game continues, then I restart for the next game.
Also, I have gradually picked songs which I associate with individual champions over time. My list isn't complete, but when I play those champions, I use their songs ^_^
