I got my post on chromas taken down from the skins boards

It was about attaching some gold chroma to champion mastery like what HotS does when you reach max level with a hero.

Do chroma's not count as skins? And if they aren't, where should I post it? Yeah the post had two themes in the post but one of the themes was a Chroma concept which I truly believe applies the guidelines of the section. It was extremely likely just taken down by the server. Probably someone reported it and the computer assumed it was irrelevent. I'm not mad, I'm just wondering how Riot's board filters work.
