So sick of these 4v5s

Out of my past 10 matches at least half have been a 4v5 and one was a 4v4. After the 4.21 patch I swear every match always has one person who can't connect. What is up with all the disconnects? Even if the 5th person does get in most of the time it's to late and they can't do anything other than die.
