I've played this game for 2+ years, spent over 80$ in RP for skins/champs/rune-pages, am still nowhere near owning all the champions, and now I have to drop a month's worth of IP just for a few hybrid marks?
This is just overkill
Runes are being addressed at mid season 7
If it takes you a month to obtain 3k IP (few 820 runes) then I don't think the problem lay's in the pricing of runes. You get 4.5k IP from just logging in and doing a 15 min bot match for win of the day if it's such an issue. I work 70+ hours a week and have a kid, so I don't have any time at all to play these days but I got 99 problems and prices for runes aren't 1.

here. I've been collecting runes 1000s of years. Yes, it takes that long due to their unreasonable price. Every rune I collect is a life saved. When riot makes all runes free this season, many lives will be saved. Despite my 1000s of years, I still don't have enough IP to collect the runes I need.
