Question about working off SoloQ game restriction

DISCLAIMER: I acknowledge I deserved my punishment and this isn't a complaint thread

Today I received a restriction on my account prohibiting me from playing ranked games until I complete 33 non-ranked games. Does this mean any for of normal? Are Blind Pick, Draft Pick, and Team Builder all game, or does it have to be just pseudo-ranked Normal Draft? Also, do bot games count? Recently my younger brother has taken an interest in LoL, so I've been letting him play bots on my account so he can try out more champs than just the ones on free week. Will these games count toward working my punishment off?

I assume bot games won't count, but I thought I'd ask anyway. The main reason I'm inquiring into this matter is because the message I received seemed to specifically say Draft Pick, but I enjoy Team Builder more, and was wondering if Team Builder games will count as well.
