Suggestion: cross-team "cancel game" vote in case of troll

Did I imagine it or there was a "player behaviour" board once upon a time? Anyway. What if you could start a vote where if 7 people or more out of both teams vote "yes", you directly go to post-game where you can report the troll and then the game is ignored and doesn't appear anywhere? Can't really be abused by bullying since a wrongfully reported person doesn't get punished. It would be even better if it was automated, but hey.
