Reporting Summoners Feedback

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but it's been bothering me for a while, so here goes.

I know that if you're the last person to report someone and then action is taken, you get notified (yay!). I also know that the strength of your reports are determined by the number (or percentage) of accurate reports given - I think it's actually determined by the number of FALSE reports given, but let's assume this difference to be negligible. Additionally, it makes sense to reason that sending a notification to every single player who reported on a single individual once they have been punished might be excessive and would put a hefty load on the servers.

However, I end up reporting at least one person per game. Why? Because they're annoying. Because they are negative towards me or other people on my team, and while they might be cranky and they're not being racist, it rankles me so I report them. How do I know if I'm having any effect? I don't. How do I know if trying to be the "nice police" is really just discrediting my account? I don't.

I propose that there be some way to look up our own "reporting karma" - or the percentage of good vs. bad reports. The stats would only be viewable to the individual themselves (similar to champion mastery stats for not the top 3 + top 10 in-progress). Because it's really annoying to get no feedback on whether what I deem as bad behavior is the same as what the rest of the community decides. And sometimes I do have to report an afk-er or someone who throws the game or is incredibly toxic. How can I make sure that those reports count too?
