Players with gold boarders
I play mostly arams but now i see lots of borders gold platnium silver from season end. I see alot of them dont build champs right and ask how to build . Are they really high level or just got carried Your thoughts

They are playing ARAMs, so I'd say they might just get champion they never played before (or didn't play much ARAM in the past and decided to give it a try between seasons- I mean ARAM builds are a bit different).
your MMR is closer to these types of players in ARAM
borders mean almost nothing in ARAM but when you start getting grouped with plat/diamonds its a good sign that you are close to those players mechanically-wise in LoL
a lot of the gold borders are higher ranks that are on their ARAM smurf account and did the 10 game provisional and then stopped playing ranked on that account
and "a lot of these players dont build right" is a pile of BS and you are probably not building right for ARAM. 5v5 SR and ARAM are completely different.
Considering there is really no comparison in skill and strategy other than knowing your champion's abilities I don't think borders tell a whole lot for ARAM.
I was just saying im not gold or anything but not knowing builds or what champs do is a little strange. You should at least no your opponets builds in SR being gold. So you should know how to build the champ you are playing
forgive me for not knowing the optimal way to build every champion in the game on a map that's missing several items and has several others to replace them.
