If you want to utilize all available means of reporting this player, I recommend putting in a support ticket. Make sure to select “I have a question About League of Legends/Riot Games” and category “Games and Features > General Questions”.

what that guy said was in extremely fucking poor taste and he might get punished for it if you trigger a manual audit on his account.
iirc, all metadata in the client is recorded on the Riot API but they only access it when ordered by a court of law or extreme circumstances.
Screen shot what was said. Include that in your "evidence" box.
Sadly there isn't much in the system yet to handle lobby offenders. It's a really big hassle to report that stuff so most people just let it go.

lol just report the guy and move on, if you get online to play a game and spend multiple hours trying to report some guy you'll never see again you are doing it wrong
move on and try to have fun
