PLS FIX IT

Why do the midlane mages get a rework when their are stupid op champs loose. Jax is the main problem. Next we have xin, omg the new rageblade has busted him. Did you even Nerf Malzahar when he came to live? the minions do so much dmg, cant they have movement reduced?
