Lf some help

Hi all, ive been working hard to improve my play alot but i feel i have hit my skill cap in gold 2/3 was wondering if any you nice summoners out there would like to add me and maybe play a game or two and give me a little advice on areas i can improve on to perhaps push through to platinum.
