Can we do something about the Toxicity of PBE?

Alright. For a testing server, I thought the summoners were supposed to be held to a higher standard than those on live. I've been on PBE for over a year now, and have noticed that's not the case. I got a new PBE account when they linked sign ups to your home server's summoner name, hoping that'd slow down the negativity, and toxicity. Don't worry. It didnt. What's worse, is during every champion release cycle, it only gets worse. Multiple queue dodges, or straight out flaming and trolling if someone doesn't get their champion. Riot, I know there isn't a tribunal up. but why is this allowed?

They've said before that they don't like the way the PBE is. But they also seem unsure of what to do about it. But you're right. The PBE used to be a better place than it is now. Back when it started, they actually sent out invites to specific people only. It was actually something kinda special to even be on the PBE, so the players on there tended to be much more positive and appreciative of what they were there for (truly testing/bug finding, not getting a preview of upcoming content).

Then somewhere along the line, they opened up PBE registration on a broader scale, and things went downhill pretty quickly. When they realized what was happening, they closed sign-ups and left them closed for a very long time. But the damage had already been done.

That said, my understanding is that they do run some of the punitive systems on there, such as LeaverBuster. Reporting also still works on there, though it may take a little more time for PBE accounts to be dealt with.
