Gaming Laptop

So currently I play League on a MacBook Air and I haven't experienced it on anything else. However I've been looking into buying a gaming Laptop and I found a decent deal on an Alienware Laptop. I was just wondering if I would actually notice a significant difference in gameplay? I play with the graphics super low which keeps my frames high, and the only thing I struggle with is constant lag which has only been happening the last two patches so it isn't necessarily the laptop itself. I don't want to waste money only to find out that the gameplay feels the same. Any tips would be great!

I recently bought An Acer Aspire Laptop, fairly cheap $699 canadian, plays the game pretty smoothly. I cant remember the exact model, im not at home atm.

if you live in the states I'd recommend acer aspire e15 e5-574g as it is a good/cheap gaming laptop. I think its like $500ish USD.

if money is not an issue, than you can obviously do better.

IF you REALLY want a gaming Laptop, get an ASUS Republic of Gamers laptop; they have tons of variety. I suggest however to build your own PC as you spend less and get better quality in terms of everything and it's a PC not a laptop so you can always install new components.

A few things. A Gaming Laptop is possible but is not advisable, they overheat to no end plus being bulkier than usual (you need at least 15 inches long screen to be able to fit all the parts.

what do you define as gaming thou? if League is all you play then pretty much any PC should be able to run it smoothly (my 7 years old PC can run it with 55fps at min settings). currently PC has enough procesing power so the only real issues are the video cards, as fas as I know they all overheat so it reduces the life of the pc to 2 years or less since the extra heat starts to melt other parts of the motherboard due to the poor airflow, however most of current games will need a dedicated video card
