Trying to stay positive

I try my hardest to stay positive in games but im finding it increasingly difficult based solely on people constantly quitting games or just being toxic in any way possible. it seems like every second game lately has had people AFK because either they arent doing well or the team isn't, and it is making the game get stale pretty quickly in my eyes not sure if its just a string of bad luck or if its just that much of a majority of the community that does this. I wanna keep playing this game because its a great game and Riot is a great company but sometimes the people in game make the game a whole lot less fun.
