Rework Heal spell

To scale better with your champion. It gets pretty useless late game especially as a tank , it should heal 25% to 35% of your current health that scales with items and level not just a flat out 325 health capped out. 325 is nothing to a 4k health tank, it honestly needs buffed up to scale better mid and late game.
