kicked out of champion select because you don't lock in a pick or ban

please remove this. i've dodged multiple times because of it. i just had a champion select where i was last pick so a teammate ask if i could pick for them so he can counter pick. he waited until the last 5 seconds to tell me what champion he wanted.... of course i didnt have the champion he wanted so i said "i dont have maoki" a second or two later he said yasuo so i quickly pick yasuo and NOPE no time to hit lock in/forgot to lock in. please remove this. it wasnt there before. what is the point of it?
