Kick System in Champ Select

I have a suggestion to implement a kicking system during the champion select phase because sometimes during champ select you meet trollers who actually says they are going to feed and if you are going to play a rank match and it happens the only way you can stop this troller from affecting you is to dodge but the only problem is, if you dodge you would lose IP and i think this is very unfair, so hopefully you guys implement a kicking system so that you would be able to kick trollers that would intentionally feed or go afk in your game because from experience it happened to me alot causing me to lose some of my rank matches.
