Refunds

Now I know that Riot probably won't do anything about it, but I just had an experience lately that kind of frustrated me.

I was trying to buy Fizz with IP. I could have sworn that I clicked on him, and bought him, but then I realized that I bought Skarner by accident (I have never really wanted to play that champion). I used up all of my refunds years ago (been playing since Season 2), and for someone like me that doesn't play that often, it's kind of hard to earn enough IP for a champion quickly.

I just think that it would be cool if Riot could implement a system where you could earn refunds. For example, maybe one refund per season? I think that could be fair, but I just wanted to address this topic.
