Changing Times and Changing Relevances

I'm getting old. I realize whenever Google came out, you could make a search and get exactly what you want. Then some mess happened, you couldn't get a single damn thing to go right with Google. Now, you can see a reflection of the times whenever you Google some of your old searches and some of the results. Here are some examples:
