Afks

So I've been playing a lot of ranked lately and I've seen lots of afks. I just lost two games in a row because of afks. It's getting really annoying and I wish that riot would punish them. I know they are not punished because i look them up later and nothing happens to them even if 9 summoners report them. Afks literally minus Lp from my account and it is really bothering me that nothing is being done. It's really not fair that I should be demoted or lose a series due to people raging and leaving because they didn't get donated blue buff or something stupid like that. It just makes me sad honestly
