I need of something

Looking for Overlay,Graphic Art and coverphoto(thumbnails) for my stream/youtube channel! I would ask on twitter but I thought the league "community" Might have some neat ideas :). Also a fantastic editor whose better than I am at editing videos! Willing to pay either in RP or Paypal. Note: Kinda broke looking to pay individual for a photo/over lay at a time! (One month i give X amount for 1 photo). Must be able to fill in the information below

Why you want to do this

Must be avaible each day to upload a video each and every day (at least one video a day maybe more in the future). Also for youtube I will pay you for the editing based on how much I make off youtube. Better job you do at editing the more subscribers I get= more more I get= more money you get! Thinking of doing 50/50 so i make 1000$ (after taxes blah blah) you get 500 i get 500 :) I be the personality you be the man/woman behind the scenes.
