Need internet help.

So, I have Comcast, first off. We all know they're shit. Live in the Seattle area, so internet is actually a thing here.

My issue is kind of weird: I can't connect to certain servers. Various dinky indie games, I can't connect. Final Fantasy 14, I can't connect.

Thing is, I used to be able to connect to FFXIV just fine (years ago, when ARR first released. I quit for a few years and came back a month ago). But then, some kind of issue popped up, and blamo, no more connection. I gave up for a while, but then I found out about tunnelers, and lo and behold, I could connect again while using a tunneler.

Since then, I just used the tunneler. But Final Fantasy just moved their servers today, and now I can't connect even with my tunneler. I've talked to Comcast, I've talked to Square, they've both said everything looks fine. I checked the settings on my router, everything is fine. But for some reason, I can't connect.

May or may not be related, but any time I try pinging something (even League, which I have no issue connecting to) or running a tracert, my connection times out the moment it leaves my modem. I can use a web-based tracert and it works fine, but if I run it from command prompt, instant timeout.

What is my issue? I just want to play FFXIV when I'm too tilted to play League. T_T
