Petition to allow Special Characters!

Summoner Names:

Riot does not allow special characters to be used in the NA region. But for some reason they are allowed in other regions. Riot can you please allow these special characters so that NA players can have more interesting names. The more people that play, the less good user names that are available. Allowing these special characters would allow people the uniqueness and creativity that you strove to achieve with Runes & Masteries.

This would be very great if you could allow us to user special characters!
