Except knowledge doesn't work like that, not in the slightest. Yes, you may have knowledge, but I can guarantee that everyone is going to have a blind spot somewhere. In addition, just because you know that in order to do that, you may not have the skill or dexterity for it.
Let's say for example my computer programming friend. He's super extremely intelligent and works on a website, usually cleaning it and creating new applications. However, he's only proficient in WebSocket and Some Java (I don't rightly remember the name of the language, but I'll hazard it was Apex or similar)
Anywho, whenever there's some problems, he used to have me find bugs and suggest fixes. Now, I'm an idiot to computers so why should I help? Well, because I tend to stumble over bugs or stupidly suggest things which will get his mind rolling. We have two separate thought processes and both compliment each other. Just because I don't know computers doesn't mean I'm unable to at least get him to see a different side.
ELO just says you're good at climbing, I can guarantee I've seen Diamonds who've taken advice from Silvers because they were missing pieces after patch updates.
