Riot, Please do something about RP bot farmers

In several games recently, both pvp and vs bots, I've been on teams with EXTEREMELY obvious bots. Summoner's Rift, Dominions, Twisted Treeline. They're on every map except ARAM. The only reason for there to be bots in LoL is the RP you get from referrals when they get to level 30. Hopefully, when I reach level 30, I'll see them much less often, but that doesn't change the fact that it absolutely ruins the experience early on for REAL new players, possibly turning them away from the game.

In my first game of dominion, EIGHT of the 10 'players' were clearly bots. 7 in the second game. That makes for a terrible and boring game. Not fun at all. Please do something about this. Whether that be completely removing referral points, or actually following up on bot reports to where those referral points are going to ban the accounts they're benefitting.

Getting new players into league is fantastic, but not if it makes the game itself not worth playing.
