Mastery pages when moved don't stick

And it ticks me off.

I really want to sort out my mastery pages so it is easier for me to grab what I want, and not have them in an arbitrary manner.

You can move mastery pages by simply clicking the drop down, click and hold on the page and then drag it where ever you pleases, but It doesn't stick. It appears too but the second you edit another page(warlords to fervor for example) it scrambles them...

This isn't really game play and I don't know if it's a bug but it's really annoying!
