Other payment options in Bulgaria

Dear Riot, I am writing this letter looking forward to know whether you have any other options intended for my small country Bulgaria besides you know Paypal (parents are scared of scamming). I just wanted to know if you would be interested in releasing RP cards, Paysafe method so that we don't have to go through the painful proccess of creating a PayPal, registering cards ( if their parents are fine with that - most of them are not cuz we are a developing country and every bit of money is important). I am a student with a fair amount of scholarship. I can for example save money for a 10 euro RP card. I don't want to bother my parents with their agreement on how I should spend my money so please think of other methods of getting some RP.
