Demoted Due to inactivity, right after my 3rd ranked game of today!!!

Well Im trying hard to get to plat this year, having a really hard time .... This didnt help in one way, over 10 ranked games in last 2 days and i got demoted to Gold 3 for inactivity. I was with 23 points before this happened.... If it isnt hard enough with the trollers and boosted player (ripe this last 2 weeks) i get demoted for inactivity after being active in ranked for 4 months straight
