Please do something about promos or remove them.

You finally make it to 100 points and you're finally out of this garba- oh wait there are promo games which completely ruin your climb. Only 40% of people win their first promo series after 100 points im sick of getting there then losing why cant u just make it so that u climb out at 100 but from for example silver to gold or gold to plat you have to do promo games??? Please I need one rioter to give me a reason after all these complaints on why this hasn't been dealt with yet? It doesn't need to be removed but change it somehow because it clearly isn't and ideal way to climb.
