offline mode

there are many people, who arent able to play whenever they choose, there could be a multitude of reasons for this

i can think of many off the top of my head

listing these reasons isn't why im posting, im posting to ask if Riot has ever considered having an offline game mode for the players who don't always have internet access or have a shotty daytime net access or w/e their reasons

there are some days, when i share my internet, i would like to play LoL in this time, but can't even play coop vs ai as my ping jumps around during these times, so i must log out and experience the withdraws of league :(

once, i had no internet for 2 months, that was very tough at first but by the end of the 2 months, when i had internet again, i debated whether or not i should return to league. as a former drug addict i know all about relapse, and i knew, if i return to league, then i am relapsing back into my newest and favorite drug of choice, league of legends

so im just wondering, could there be an offline / lan mode where i could still 1v1 my room mate or play with bots at least should i not be able to play online for w.e reason?

please riot?
