Speculation on real life sizes of the larger Champions
After giving a look over the champion Splash-Arts, and doing some thinking, I started to wonder on the exact size of
. It's not really clear about some champions due to the scaling in game (
being massive in reality but as tall as
in-game), but maybe through the use of splashes and the content released by Riot we can find some good assumptions.
I started
because, going off the fan theory that most skins (Not all, mind you) are alternate reality versions of the original, he would have to be at least large enough to drag a weakened
and
back to Viktor. His orginal splash has him knocking over a nearby mine-cart. For the life of me, I couldn't dig through enough Wikipedia info to figure out the dimensions of a mine-cart. But in his Sand Scourge skin, he has the bones of what seems to be cattle or some other pack animal. Using that as reference, we can use the height of an average bull, being just over 4 feet, to assume that Skarner would be about 4 feet 5 inches (1.4 metres).
Now, Cho himself at maximum size looks to be maybe a little smaller than
, and in the Jurassic skin we see him about the size or a little smaller than an T-Rex, so we'll use that as a base. This might seem a little controversial since I'm using in-game logic to assume how his size grows, bear with me that this is all assumptions. Let's assume that Cho grow's by 50% (since I cannot find any info that gives me a % anywhere) for each stack. At around 18 feet (5.50 metres) at smallest size, that would give him a maximum height of just under 52 feet and 6 inches (16 metres).
So, for recap on the two I've taken the time and guesses to look over, we have:
at 4'5" (1.4 metres)
at 18" - 52'6" (5.50 - 16 metres)
So, that means the man-sized scorpion abducted an 18 foot monster... Skarner needs to lay off the steroids. Unless someone else can be so kind as to figure out a better size for Skarner that I simply can't.
