Disconnected from PvP.net

I keep getting the error message saying I have been disconnected from the PvP.net and occasionally when I'm in champ select, it will shut down my client saying its not responding. I've disabled my IP Helper and it has yet to work for me. I've also reinstalled countless times. Please halp.
