Normals Matchmaking

Far too often I end up running into this problem. I can queue with a few friends, all of us silver or bronze, but almost the entire enemy team is leagues above us in rank. It isn't fair, and it's not fun to play against. I play the game to have fun, and it's starting to lose all of that when I play a casual game.

This really needs to be addressed, because it's bullshit.
