I found a gamebreaking bug

So, while playing Lee Sin, something terrible happened. I was going into a 1v5 to make LC$ BIG PLAY$ and my hp dropped to 0 and my screen turned gray. Your probably just gonna reply with "You died, idiot", but must I remind you, I was Lee Sin. To make matters worse, it prevented me from making BIG PLAY$. Lee Sin should be disabled before this dreadful glitch happens again.
