This is getting old. and they will likely never be caught because of the lack of human tribunal.

I've gotten in a game with the same two people about three times. They deny being in que together, but the fact that they both built static shyv and tri force kind of gives them away. They don't feed, they just don't do anything. They farm, but never push. They only fight if they're caught. in teamfights they just bumble around in the back, and escape when everyone gets low. They refuse surrender, and constantly give backhanded feedback that is inaccurate. "maybe if you went deadman's (on annie) you'd be doing better?" They're ruining games and theres no way to report them. They're not feeding, they're just actively trying to do nothing. Can't ff because the two premades say no, can't leave because leave buster has no context. can't win because it's 3v5, and the opposing team almost never pushes to end until they get fed and get god mode. it's aids.

This is one of the big negatives of the automated system for harassment/negative attitude.

The best way for this type of person to be banned is for the chat logs to represent what it is that their teammates object to in their behavior. But providing that context in-game will inevitably be reported by the trolls as you being "toxic" toward them, and the system will see it that way because it was designed by an arrogant piece of trash who thinks he has moral authority over us.
