New options for veteran players

When you have got all champions, all runes and 20 rune pages, there is nothing left to buy in the game... I play to have fun and try to get better at this game but I also like collecting stuff/grinding... So I had a suggestion. Can we have the possibility to buy old/unique skins for some tremendous amount of IP.. For example: Urf warwick for 1 million IP. It would give veteran players a reason to grind...
