My easiest solo/duo game of the season. (whole game 5v5).

With the end of the season a week away and people trying to grind out some levels figured I would share a quick story from my ranked experience this past week. As of writing this post my stats are Silver 2, 53 LP 201W 201L. http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/23340687#profile .

Anyways, over the last 2 weeks there has been a lot of ranked activity on my account. I went from being in silver 2 to dropping to silver 4 with about 13-15 more losses than wins. It was pretty devastating, especially after recently being in silver 1 promos and now dropping so much and it being the end of the season. However, 1 game made me realize that there may still be some hope for me yet.

It was a couple of days after i just gone on a hugggeee tilt spree. I jumped into a ranked game and was last pick. Based on our team and their team comp I decided I was going to go Malphite support because.... meh fuck it? I already dropped so far and just thought I would give it a try as I have friends who have had some success with it. Anyways, its me (support ) with adc ( ) vs what i thought was going to be supp + adc . Well... turns out it was + bot instead and mid. Well... the vayne at lvl 1 basically walked up to me and jinx and basically auto attacked us in the creeps and tried to kill us level one. we killed her for first blood and then finished off Trist for the double kill. Again vayne and trist came back to lane and started to try and fight us again, under leveled and in creeps, and we killed them again. Needless to say, while this was going on bot, our mid was wrecking the Alistar mid and our jungle was counter ganking their jungle. The only one doing anything on the enemy team was their top. We ended the game in about 20-25 mins and my first time support malphite stats were 8-2-24 with S+ rating.

After the game the emery team was talking about reporting Vayne and trist. I looked at vaynes stats and she was silver 4 with like 4 ranked wins and like 120 normal wins. I asked vayne if she was new to the game and had just finished her ranked promos, which he/she said they were and have. Due to the system inflating ranks later in the season, this person was playing in low silver games when they are really and clearly a bronze 5 player. The game was no fun for him/her or their team, although I did have a blast.

Anyways, that gave me a good laugh and my luck turned around and now I am currently back to 50% W/L. Wish the system did not change throughout the year like it does with inflating players ranks, but that's a different discussion I suppose.
