Possible Division Skip?

Hey guys! So first of all this is not a post to brag or anything, I just have some questions that I'd like to get answered! :) So let me explain. S5 is my first Ranked season, and I did my placements in March 2014. I got placed in Bronze 1. Later, around a month later I was finally able to get out of Bronze and get to Silver. I've went up to Silver 2 in about 2 weeks, then got stuck there for 1/2 months, until last week. For some reason I've started to main Top lane and I simply win around 75% of my games now, of course I don't carry all of them, but I think I have a good impact and every game. Okay, but what hapenned in that week, you may ask? Well, I was able to get my way out of Silver. But surprisingly enough, I was also able to rank up to Gold 3, with about 70-80% win rate. As you can see on the link above, I win pretty much every game. Now I win about 22-26 LP and lose about 10-14. So here is the main question: Do you think I could skip a division in the near future?
