Why I feel the server change was a great success

I went from ~120 ping to ~20 ping with this server change. Most of my west coast friends jumped from around ~30 to ~60. We have a delay time drop by .1 on my end, and gain of .03 on their end. I can actually play my main, Vel'koz, at a whole new level without pretty much any delay. Playing at 120 the game felt sluggish at times, and made some champions very hard to play.

Now to put some facts in this post. Here ( http://www.nngroup.com/articles/response-times-3-important-limits/ ) we have a study stating that the human brain perceives things as instant, or rather instant enough to not hamper actions, as long as they don't take over .1 seconds to complete. Anything past that, and you can notice clear delay in actions. This means that jumping up to 60 ping should honestly have very little effect on users, and would explain why people going from 80-40 feel very little change in their gameplay, but would show why jumping from 120-20 would have a clear impact on gameplay.

If most of the west coast players are like my friends and sit below 100 ping, all I've talked with have sub 80, and most of the east/midwest cases are like my own then this means that this game has finally been put on an even playing field for nearly everyone in NA.
