I got chat restricted today cause I was crying at my team and flaming them in the game cause they played bad and I was really tilted.

I'm sorry riot for this behaviour, I can't promise that I won't repeat it again because it depends on my teammate's attitude and I get tilted easily .

but this restriction is a good thing cause I can practice to control my behaviour and hopefully type supportive things.
