Tribunal

I've noticed that tribunal has been down for a while, and I'm curious on what is happening to it. I would go there every once in a while to review cases, because I prefer less toxic players. It seemed like a great thing that Riot gave to the community and seemed to be effective. I decided to hop back on there a couple of weeks ago and saw that it was in "recess" and I just went back on there again today and it seems to still be in "recess". Is Riot doing something to improve tribunal, or are they getting rid of it? I really hope they don't get rid of it, because I don't feel like queuing up with some toxic players and make it a 1 v 9 rather than a 5 v 5. Bring back tribunal, Riot!
