Ranked Division and Tier placements

Dear Riot Games, in the upcoming season 4 could you please make a huge rank reset that makes us all go back to provisional. This is because i noticed a lot of players feel like they do not belong in the tier and division that they are in now. This should give a lot of players to get an upper hand to get the season 4 rewards. I have gathered some feedback from my friends. They said they were exhausted climbing the ranked ladder that they felt like making a smurf account or even stop playing ranked. One of my friend has played over 800+ games and is still stuck in bronze! Thanks Riot Games for making such an awesome game. :)

They do this every season brah. At the end of Preseason 4 they'll reset everyone and everyone will have to requalify (though your MMR will be reset relative to your current MMR so that Diamonds and such don't end up smashing Silvers for the first few weeks. T'is coming my friend.
