thank you riot for making hud more adjustable and making chat small

It gave me double the FPS i have now. I have also gained 20+ fps in teamfights. (not getting under 30 fps in teamfights anymore) Its quite nice, thank you. Leave it like this. Don't mess with the coding anymore <3
