All of these complaints truly have me wondering if you guys read the patch notes

People are ALREADY complaining about balance and think that minion changes are apocalyptic. Too bad they really don't matter, like, at all.

These are the changes to minions:

"If your team's average level is higher than the enemy's, your minions deal 10% bonus damage to enemy minions, and your minions take less damage from enemy minions equal to (tower differential x level differential) + 1.. Also, If you've taken cumulatively more turrets than the enemy team, [minion] damage is further increased by 10% for each turret you have over your opponents."

Alright great, These really are not that big. First off, these only help if teams can successfully utilize the the added minion pressure, otherwise you're basically funneling gold to the enemy team because the wave will be more often on their side to clear and farm. If your team was one that could do that more effectively than the opponents, chances were you were going to win anyway. This is literally just a way to help good teams close games faster. WHO DOESN'T WANT SHORTER GAMES?? I've never understood the people who want stronger towers and such. Like, this only serves to prolong games, why would you want to play a 45 min game when it could be 35 or 40 minutes? "well, because of this it's harder to make a comeback". If you were able to make a comeback, it's because the enemy team didn't utilize map pressure effectively and gave you too much breathing room to farm up or make your own picks. this change doesn't affect that at all, it's meaningless if they can't utilize it.

And then: If your team's average level is at least 3 higher than the enemy's and you've taken 2 or more towers in a given lane, your minions in that lane deal 90% more damage to enemy minions and your minions in that lane take 7 less damage from enemy minions.

This is really strong. Too bad that it's almost never going to happen, and when it does that team was going to win anyway. If your team's AVERAGE lvl is THREE higher, your minions get super buffed. an AVERAGE OF THREE?! THAT'S INSANE. Let's say your midlaner and toplaner are lvl 16, your jungler and adc are 15, and support is 14. An average of 3 means that the enemy team would have to have midlaner and toplaner lvl 13, jungle and adc 12, and support 11. With that kind of discrepancy, this game was already as good as won.

I've won and lost lane hard enough to create a 3 lvl disparity. In order for this to happen, you need to stomp lane REALLY, REALLY, hard. Even then, for this minion buff to activate this has to happen in EVERY lane, INCLUDING jungle. If this was the case, that game was already going to be a loss or surrender at 20, no matter how you slice it.
