certain champs dont work in lower elo's

like gold in general 5-1 you are gonna wanna play early game champs cuz thats where the games decided. Or champions that can easily roam and lock down targets. I say this elo in particular because i notice if i play farm till late game champs or play a farming champion my team just crumbles before 10 min. 3-7 win rate on viktor while smurfing having an even kda 5-5-3 but like it should obviously be better http://gyazo.com/d44110bb86d5f2f1458bb154c89ae514 . Its so easy to win in these elo's if you play roam heavy champions. I wouldnt suggest tf for low elo too hard of a champion play things like annie, pantheon,fizz, for easy wins
