Would this CPU/GPU run max graphics with FRAPS recording?

I've been looking to upgrade my computer for a bit, and I want to make sure it has everything I want.

So I've been looking at a Desktop (I usually get laptops so I'm pretty new to desktops), the specs are:

  • AMD Quad-Core FX-4300 processor 3.80GHz, 4MB L2 Cache
  • NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 2GB
  • 1TB SATA hard drive
  • Windows 10 Home 64-bit
  • 8 GB DDR3 SDRAM

And it costs about $469 (+$100 Monitor).

My question is, would this be able to run League at Very High settings with FRAPS recording on a 21.5" Widescreen 1920x1080 Resolution?

If not, would I need to upgrade my GPU to something more powerful? I don't have too much of a budget, but I figured it would be able to run pretty fine Very High settings (I can tweak the settings a bit, doesn't have to be Very High, but it would be nice)

Also, on a side note, is this a good PC for the total of about $600? I just want to be sure I'm getting as much as I can out of it without paying too much. So does it's performance match up with it's price?

Please note, I do not REQUIRE Very High graphical settings, it's just something I would like. If it does not, that is no problem whatsoever.

Well first of all I dont want to get into a debate here about the whole "is Windows 10 better than Windows 8 or 7" but I honestly recommend Windows 7 if you would like to record videos on your PC. The CPU that you have looked at is decent, its enough to play League and not have issues with it, although - and now I get onto the GPU - I would recommend to get either an Intel CPU and NVIDIA GPU or AMD CPU and AMD GPU, some people say that if you use a "mix" of them you wont get worse performence anymore, its not like in the old days, but based on experience, trust me, its better to role with either Intel and NVIDIA or AMD. But if you believe that this wont be as a big of an issue then you can just go with this setup as the 730 is pretty nice and it could definitely run League at max graphics. BUT if you go with NVIDIA I suggest you use ShadowPlay which is a recording software only for NVIDIA grahics card. It is one of the best softwares out there and if you have an NVIDIA card it is the BEST choice. Personally I dont like FRAPS because it uses too much of your computer just to record and you can definitely feel it on your framerate. Other recording software I would recommend is Dxtory which can be used with NVIDIA or AMD cards it is a very nice software with tons of options in terms of how you record audio - how different channels work etc. - and it doesnt use your computer that intensely, you can barely feel the fact that you are recording, although I recommend you look around the internet to get the best options in Dxtory because it is a fairly complex software. So overall the specs are pretty good, the PC is definitely enough to play on max graphics and record at high resolution. But as I said I would think about the CPU and GPU (The whole Intel and NVIDIA or AMD thing), also about the OS and finally which is REALLY important if you want to record, the recording software.

P.S:Ohh and also I dont know where you looked at for the prices but for me they seem to be a tiny bit too much, although I dont know what the 600$ includes.

Your biggest "I'd change that" that I'm spotting right off is your HDD.

Video Recording software (be it DXTory, Fraps, OBS, or something else) recommend that you have two drives for saving videos. One drive is your primary drive, where Windows and your games are installed. The second drive is a nice big disk where you can save your videos to while you're recording them. For League, it might not be so big of a deal to have both disks being the same, but if you think you might expand out to other games (which you'll want to with a nice video card in your rig) then you should consider two drives.

1TB seems like a lot, but when you're saving your own videos, it can go fast. Just be ready to delete videos and not save them forever.
