This may run LOL, but it won't run well, and will struggle with pretty much any other game. My suggestion would be to add a 750ti video card to any pre-built with integrated graphics and at least 4 gigs of ram.
The price seems nice, but I wouldn't suggest it. Scour craigslist if price is an issue.
