Hextech Crafting

So the Hextech Crafting system is pretty cool, the one downside I am having is that the Gems are so unbelievably rare, I don't know about other people but when I saw Hextech Annie I was really excited, I love playing Annie in mid lane and it was the first time since Panda Annie that I have actually been excited to do nothing but play with that skin for weeks, and it kind of annoys me how I can spend a bunch of money and only get 2 Gems. It is something that bugs me that Hextech Annie is a great way to promote the Hextech crafting but has been made unbelievably difficult to acquire, 10 Gems just seems too much for how rare they are(around 4% drop chance) it makes people either spend a lot of money or get really lucky with a champion shard or the RNG for Gems. I don't expect them to change it but it seems like a bit of a sellout move to do this when making it so difficult to obtain Hextech Annie.
