Here my little "How to climb out of Bronze" guide:

Practice. Concentrate on very few champions and spam them so you know them inside out. Read up on all of their abilities and passives and tricks and item synergies. Find some high elo streamer who mains the champ you want to play and watch him.

Practice cs'ing in custom bot games. sounds boring but you wont believe how much it helps in a game when you have automated the cs'ing and can concentrate on exploiting your opponents mistakes.

what i do: start custom game with one intermediate bot. they are aggressive so it teaches you to farm under pressure. try to hit 80cs/10 min and if you want to go to 20 minute try for 180cs/20mins. in low bronze, if you consistently hit 60cs/10 or more you WILL win lane. I promise.

ward a ton. seriously, when your ward is off cd, place it. look up good warding spots. upgrade your trinket as soon as you hit level 9. ward more. (ps: blue trinket is still awesome and prevents you from facechecking!) buy pinks. VISION WINS GAMES (especially in bronze)

Keep a good attitude and be friendly. Sometimes you cant win. Stay positive and friendly and USE THE DAMN MUTE BUTTON LIBERALLY. seriously. at the slightest sign of douchiness in your teammate or teammates mute. same with your opponent.

DONT TYPE (especially not in all chat) i cant count the number of times that i have messed up because i started falling into the responding trap. dont do it. Mute and move on and PLAY YOUR GAME as good as you can.

if you can record and review, that really helps to find out mistakes you made.

one more thing: if you made a mistake and you notice right away that "omg, that was so stupid of me" feeling, write it down. focus the next 20 games on eradicating that one mistake.

if you become a better player, you will automatically climb.

I like the watch streamers who main the champ tip. I've learned and still learning a lot by watching one trick ponies in master/challenger play. It teaches you the counterplay to that champ as well as how to play the champ. Other than that, one trick ponies are so good at their mechanics that what they do is focus more on their macro play. Since you can see that macro play in action you will tend to learn game sense really fast.

My biggest tip though. Don't watch Trick2G for tips. I love him for entertainment, but if you're team is bad his playstyle will only make it harder for you to win. Take this from someone who was stuck in silver because of this. As soon as I started playing high pressure champs like Elise, Nidalee, and Rek'Sai I was able to climb out of silver. Currently trying to get to plat.
