[UI] Champion Store Default Settings?

Why is "Owned" checked by default in the Champion Store? Having to uncheck it every time I go through to make my shopping experience faster is really annoying. Is there a fix for this, or can we bug Riot to formulate one? I realize it's a teeny gripe, but it's super annoying. lol
